Founder | CEO and Physical Therapist

Dr. Alexander is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist(OCS) whose 10 years of experience includes working with a wide array of orthopedic, sports, and military-related injuries. He has a particular interest in treating spine and neck disorders. This interest led him to pursue advanced training, and eventually become credentialed, in the method of McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).

Dr. Alexander also completed an Orthopedic Residency at Fort Stewart Army Base that specialized in manual therapy and treatment of orthopedic, sport, and tactical-based injuries. During his time in the residency, he was involved in collecting data for a randomized control trial investigating the effects of spinal manipulation on patients with sciatica. These credentials, combined with advanced training in spinal manipulation and dry needling, has led to Dr. Alexander being one of the most sought-after practitioners in South Florida for the conservative care of spine, orthopedic, and sports-related injuries. His experience ranges anywhere from working with elite professional athletes, business executives, celebrities, all the way to Special Forces military personnel.

Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Alexander graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While at Temple, he was a member of the Men’s Crew Team highlighted by winning the National Championship. He later obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, graduating with honors. He has also been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2013.

Dr. Alexander is an avid lover of the outdoors and sports. When not in the clinic you can find him in the gym lifting weights, playing basketball, or outside soaking in the South Florida sun.
