You can schedule directly online from this website where you will have access to each of our practitioners schedules and accompanying availability. Click the button below, select “Evaluation” for the respective discipline and the time that works best with your schedule. From there you will be prompted to fill out digital intake forms where you can input all necessary information needed to commence treatment.
For new patients the initial evaluation starts with a full-body biomechanical assessment. It covers a thorough history of your injury, testing of all involved structures to determine the true cause of the issue, and formation of a comprehensive and specific plan of care. This is followed by manual techniques and corrective exercises to begin the healing process. The evaluation will finish with creation of a Home Exercise Program (HEP) for the client to perform when they are not in the clinic. Please wear clothes that you can move in.
In addition you can create a profile where you will be able to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments and view your appointment history all without ever having to pick up the phone or leave the comfort of your couch. Click “Schedule an Appointment” below to get started.
