    The human body cannot operate at peak function when there is underlying soft tissue dysfunction, joint stiffness, weakness, or pain. It is also impossible to build a highly functioning person, let alone an elite athlete, without a strong foundation. At ASR Sports Medicine our first step to build this foundation and get your body moving in proper alignment.

    Strengthen

    It is only when the body is finally moving in proper alignment that true strengthening can start to occur. At this phase our Doctors seek to build on the foundation by strengthening your muscles, joints, and movement patterns to optimal levels. Corrective exercises prescribed by your Doctor will help restore function and reverse years of dysfunction.

    Recover

    Once the person has built a solid foundation of pain free movement and strength they can start their journey to full function and recovery. In this phase our Doctors focus on re-introducing sport and activity-specific movements. It is here in the final phase where we work to truly bulletproof your body and prepare you for a full return to what it is you love to do.

Why We Are Different

  • At ASR Sports Medicine you will only be treated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Chiropractic because we want to ensure you get the best care possible. Unlike other clinics, your care won’t be compromised by being passed off to an assistant, a tech, or an athletic trainer.

  • Throughout most of the therapy industry a Doctor treating 3-4 patients at once is unfortunately the norm and not the exception. At ASR Sports Medicine we care about you. You can rest assured knowing you will never be treated alongside more than one other patient at a time. This allows the Doctor to maximize their time with you and ensure the highest level of care. Every single time.

  • We want to get you back to your normal daily activities and discharged as soon as possible. In order to do that, our Doctors utilize only the most effective, safe, and evidence-based treatments possible. No longer will you be warming up on a bike or heat for 20 minutes, only to perform some subpar filler exercises, and then put on electrical stimulation and ice for another 20 minutes. Everything we do is geared towards getting the results you are looking for.
